TUKTUK COINS POLICY

This Coins Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Coins, Gifts, and related virtual items (“Virtual Items”) on Tuktuk, a social chat and audio calling platform operated by Sigler Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using Coins or Gifts, you agree to this Policy, along with our [Terms & Conditions] and [Privacy Policy].

• 1. What Are Coins?

  Coins are virtual items that may be purchased and used within the Tuktuk app to send gifts, participate in events, or unlock premium features. Coins do not represent real money, legal tender, or any monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other currency.

• 2. Purchasing Coins

  You may purchase Coins through payment methods authorized by Tuktuk.

  • Prices for Coins will be displayed at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • We may adjust Coin pricing or packages at any time without prior notice.

• 3. Using Coins and Gifts

  Coins may be used only within Tuktuk to send or redeem virtual gifts or features.

  • Coins cannot be transferred, traded, bartered, or sold to any other user or third party.
  • Any attempt to sell or exchange Coins outside the app is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
  • Coins expire 365 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.

• 4. No Refunds or Conversions

  Coins and Gifts have no cash or property value.

  Once Coins are spent or redeemed, transactions are final.

  If your account is deleted, suspended, or terminated, all remaining Coins and Gifts will be permanently forfeited without refund.

• 5. Termination and Misuse

  The Company reserves the right to suspend, remove, or adjust Coins in cases of fraud, misuse, violation of Terms, or technical error.

  Using Coins or Gifts as payment for real-world goods or services is strictly prohibited.

• 6. Reporting and Support

  If you suspect misuse of Coins or Gifts, or encounter any issue, please contact us at support@tuktuk.space.

  Repeated or serious misuse may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

• 7. Disclaimer

  The Company may, at its discretion, modify, regulate, or discontinue the Coins feature at any time.

  Users will not be entitled to any refund or compensation in such cases.
